Mortgage Application Specialist
About the role
You're the first voice US patients hear. You'll qualify inbound and outbound contacts for medical programs, confirm eligibility, and warm-transfer them live to licensed agents. High-volume, high-energy, script-guided — built for people who keep their composure and their numbers up.
What you'll do
- Run outbound and inbound calls to qualify US patients for medical programs
- Confirm eligibility details accurately and follow compliance scripts (HIPAA-aware)
- Warm-transfer qualified contacts live to licensed agents with a clean handoff
- Hit daily contact-rate, transfer, and quality targets
- Log every call cleanly in the dialer/CRM
What we're looking for
- 1+ year outbound call center, sales, or healthcare-transfer experience
- Clear, confident US-neutral English on the phone
- Comfort with high call volume and a metrics-driven floor
- Reliable remote setup — quiet space, headset, stable internet
Nice to have
- Experience with Five9, Vicidial, Convoso, or similar dialers
- Prior medical, final-expense, or insurance campaign experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Schedule & comp
Full-time, US business hours (graveyard for PH). Base rate varies by role and experience, plus performance incentives tied to qualified transfers. Paid training. Long-term seat with room to move into senior closer and team-lead roles.
